All of science branches have addressed this issue. Criminal law, as one of the sub-branches of criminal science, should also considered this problem. But, despite being old of the problem, it is not seriously reflected in Iran rules, especially criminal rules. So, in this inquiry, we try to clear the problem that in fact, how good suicide is reflected in the rules of Iran and finally, consider the problem in the rules of other countries and see that suicide is not criminalized in Iran and in the rules of other countries, it is more considered that we addressed it in detailed in this writing. چکیده<br /> یکی از مشکلاتی که همزمان با افزایش نرخ رشد جمعیت گسترش پیدا کرده خودکشی است یعنی اقدام آگاهانه برای پایان دادن به عمر خویش ،که علل و عوامل مختلفی در سطوح مختلف فردی ،اجتماعی، روانشناسی در آن تاثیر گذار است . همه ی شاخه های علوم به سهم خود به این موضوع پرداخته اند، حقوق کیفری نیز به عنوان یکی از زیر شاخه های علوم جنایی باید به این معضل توجه ویژه داشته باشد اما با وجود قدیمی بودن این مشکل هنوز بطور جدی در قوانین ایران مخصوصا قوانین کیفری منعکس نشده است لذا در این جستار در پی روشن کردن این مسئله هستیم که خودکشی به واقع چقدر در قوانین ایران منعکس شده و نهایتا این معضل انسانی را در قوانین برخی از کشورها ی دیگر بررسی میکنیم و می بینیم که خودکشی در ایران جرم انگاری نشده و در قوانین کشورهای دیگر اهتمام بشتری برای این مسئله قائل شده اند که در این نوشته بطور مفصل به آن می پردازیم.
