Review :

Humans have long sought to discover a way to continue life. One of the issues that has emerged in our era due to the significant progress of medical knowledge and has resulted in many jurisprudential and legal works is organ transplantation and organ donation. .

One of the most challenging and fundamental issues related to this issue is the issue of organ transplantation from condemned people to other people. Although organ donation is one of the most popular acts in today's world, since the donation of the body of a deceased or brain dead person is connected with the spiritual right to respect the human body after death. And the various books presented in the field of organ donation, there is no other way to perform such an act except to appeal to the will of the deceased and his permission before death or the consent of his parents after death.In this article, an attempt has been made to present some strategic suggestions by studying the works that exist in this field.
