Copyright statement

The Scientific Quarterly of Jurisprudence and Modern Law has the right to publish all published articles. However, in accordance with the rules of free access, all studies published in this journal are freely available to the public on the quarterly website at no charge.

Authors must certify that the original version and no other similar content has been submitted or intended for publication anywhere or in any other language. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the entire work, from the beginning to the time of publication of the article.

The letter accompanying the article including the letter of commitment and copyright must be sent with the article. This letter must be read and signed by all authors. In the event that an author is added or removed from the list of authors, an agreement is reached that must be signed by the responsible author and sent to the Quarterly Office. Project funding sources should be appreciated.

If the study is human, the authors must state that the study has been approved by the ethics committee and that consent forms have been obtained from the participants. It is worth noting that it is essential for researchers to adhere to the principles of the Helsinki Declaration throughout the research period. All relevant permits must be provided for citing documents, images and tables of other researchers.

Quarterly Journal of Modern Jurisprudence and Law Adheres to International Laws Against Scientific Abuse, including Data Making, Distortion, Plagiarism, etc. Any suspected misconduct during the review and arbitration process will be investigated in accordance with the guidelines of the Scientific Committee for the Publication of Scientific Works (COPE).

Accepted articles are published electronically.

The names, addresses, emails and other information of the quarterly's readers, including readers, writers and editors on the quarterly's website, will be used exclusively for the purposes of this quarterly and will not be available for any other purpose. The identities of the authors and judges will be preserved. The submitted article is visible only to the judges and the editorial board.
