Abstract
The issues related to parental relationships and the obligation to pay alimony are raised in the general and descending line of time, first of all, the issue of the relationship of parents or a child who is supposed to receive alimony from parents is a person who is the biological and natural child of the parents. The question raised here is that if a couple adopts a child, this child will benefit from all the rights that a real child has. The question that comes to mind here is that if there is a conflict of laws between adopting a child, in this case, based on which law is it acted upon? And which court has jurisdiction?
