Abstract
Today, the issue of human rights is one of the vital issues for people and governments. Although human rights received the attention and acceptance of governments and nations after the Second World War with the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948, but unfortunately, due to the dominance of cultures, races, languages and religions, it has not been able to maintain its comprehensiveness and hindrance. to enjoy the guarantee of the international implementation of rights, in such a way that some human societies have thought of designing a human rights system according to their social, cultural and political needs. Islamic human rights is one of the institutions proposed in Islamic countries, whose foundations and foundations are rooted in the sources of Islamic law, which, compared to Western human rights, have certain principles and foundations, which unfortunately violate human rights, contrary to what they say.
