Abstract
Literary and artistic property rights are the rights known to the author, author, and artist regarding their work, regardless of whether the work is scientific or purely literary... Literary and artistic property rights refer to the right known to the author, writer and artist regarding their work, whether the work has a scientific or purely literary or artistic aspect, and refers to the protection of the works of writers, authors and artists. This right gives permission to sell, publish, access and any changes and transformations to the person or people who first produced the relevant work or idea. The law on the protection of the rights of authors, authors and artists, which was approved in 1348, is the most important law that protects literary and artistic property rights.This law contains thirty-three articles and three notes, and on August 31, 2009, the plan to amend Article 12 of this law was approved by the Islamic Council. Intellectual property rights in Iran and intellectual property rights in general deal with laws to protect the rights of creators and owners of inventions, writings, music, designs and other works.
