Abstract
Hijab in a general sense means covering and covering. Hijab and chastity are moral values ​​that have always been emphasized in religious texts and play an important role in the health of the individual and society, which depends on the prosperity and perfection or the decline of an individual or society. is This important thing requires the institutionalization of the culture of hijab and chastity as one of the necessities of religious beliefs, which requires correct planning in the three spheres of the individual, the family, and the society, which requires dynamic collective movement in various private spheres for its implementation and operation. And it is public. The aim of the current research is to explain hijab and chastity and its institutionalization methods in the society. This research, which has been carried out in a library method and by referring to reliable jurisprudential sources, aims to take a useful step by first explaining the meaning and concept of hijab and chastity to the factors of weakness and ways of strengthening and institutionalizing it in order to strengthen this matter. .
