Abstract
Marriage is known as one of the social, jurisprudential and legal pillars and efforts are made to keep this pillar constant, but some matters cause it to disappear, and fraud is one of these cases. Although fraud is also known and has an effect in other contracts, but due to the concern for the unshakability of marriage in proving fraud in some cases of fraud, including when fraud is a constructive condition and also in some instances, there is doubt. In this article, fraud is characterized and implicit and constructive fraud are confirmed.
