Abstract
The citizenship rights of the accused in the investigation process in the laws of Iran and Turkey in the two legal systems of Iran and Turkey. Research Method: This research was conducted using the library study method and a descriptive-analytical method, which was conducted by referring to legal texts, laws and studying the legal systems of the two countries of Iran and Turkey. Findings: According to the results obtained, it can be stated that in the laws of Iran and Turkey, the law should be the criterion and criterion for administering justice, establishing judicial security and protecting the rights of the accused and the plaintiff. Explanation of the accusation, the right to remain silent and announcing the use of this right, the prohibition of torture and the right to prevent confession and confession under torture, the provision of security for the accused, including bail, bail or detention, are among the rights of the accused in the investigation process
