Abstract
the important sub-categories in economic growth is the effective presence of businesses in countries. the inflow of foreign capital through the prosperity, liquidity, and development of domestic businesses, and more importantly, the presence of international and multinational businesses through the foreign investment channel, contrary to the claims of critics, causes the growth of development indicators.  in this study, by examining scientific research texts and legal documents and laws related to foreign investment in India (as the fourth largest economy in the world), variables related to business were analyzed and their relationship was analyzed. the legal ecosystem of India, as the country under study in this scientific article, has been able to play an effective role in the international capital market by utilizing dynamic and adaptable legal structures and the economic successes of the country in recent decades, by adopting facilitating legal policies, including the progressive liberalization of foreign direct investment, the conclusion of bilateral investment agreements with more than 70 countries, an active and efficient dispute resolution system, and continuous reforms in economic laws, have provided a safe and attractive environment for investors and the entry of international businesses various solutions and methods of legal protection for transnational businesses and investors, such as: the Single Investment Window, the use of international arbitration under the supervision of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, and the guarantee of property
