Abstract
Artificial intelligence is the intelligence that emerges from machines, as opposed to natural intelligence that is displayed by animals, including humans. This new technology is growing and expanding rapidly today and has made great progress and expansion every day, so that we have witnessed the presence and existence of artificial intelligence in various fields and sectors: architecture, urban planning, agriculture, industry, medicine, etc. One of the important and leading challenges and issues we are facing in the field of medicine is civil liability arising from damages and injuries that may be caused by artificial intelligence to a person or persons in this field. Who will be responsible and what are the bases and theories in this regard? In this research, we seek to understand the field of activity of artificial intelligence in the scientific field of medicine and finally announce the civil liability arising from artificial intelligence treatments and present the bases and theories related to it. In this research, we have collected data using the library method and finally, by preparing a checklist, we have prepared and organized the article.
