All property and debts of any person are transferred to his relatives after his death, and in a way, his ownership and debts are transferred to his relatives as a result of a legal act. In Iranian law, which is derived from Imami jurisprudence, inheritance has 3 classes, and the property and assets of the deceased person are transferred to them if the first class exists, otherwise to the second class, and if the second class does not exist, to the third class. In the meantime, covering means covering, covering, and hiding it. The obstacle to inheritance means an obstacle that causes others to be deprived of inheritance in whole or in part. Of course, the obstacle to inheritance is different from the obstacles to inheritance and can be divided into different types and types.
