Abstract

This research, in a descriptive-analytical way, seeks to prove that maturity is not a condition in statutory sentences that is the rule. In this regard, to substantiate it, he has examined and examined these opinions, both in public and in information, in consensus and in the common sense and in a rational approach to the view of Imam Khomeini. A sentence is a sentence that is not directly related to the behavior of the obligee, but stipulates a particular situation that affects human behavior indirectly. Publications and communiqués include sentiments and immature cases, which are not assigned and are not restricted to adults and are not waived by adults. Obligatory mandatory sentences are assigned to adolescence, but the ordinances and the statutory ones are not assigned, and from a rational and religious point of view, there is no barrier to their inclusion in children. The authors' firm theory is that in statutory judgments, maturity is not a condition, and the rule is based on persistent reasons.
