Abstract
Endorsement is one of the ways to transfer commercial documents, which occurs with the signing of transfer documents and does not require any fees and formalities, and the more value and validity of the signature behind these commercial documents, the more valuable it will be. In the bill of exchange, the first transfer is by endorsement, and the person who transfers commercial documents by writing will be jointly liable. This research has come to this conclusion with the analytical-descriptive law, due to Article 309 of Commerce, which states that the rules related to bills of exchange are also required to be followed in the case of promissory notes, but the first transfer in the promissory note also occurs with a bill of exchange, which causes a lack of responsibility. . will be the transferor and has created two divisions in the commercial law. Therefore, the aim of the upcoming research is to solve these two problems and adhere to the legal provisions.
