The State Property and Deeds Registration Organization, as one of the subordinate organizations of the Judiciary, is one of the important governing institutions that performs its duties on a legal basis and carries out important and fundamental missions within the framework of the administrative system of the country, as the most important The purpose of registration rights and this organization is to establish the property rights of individuals in society and always strives to ensure that the rights of individuals do not conflict with the rights of others. Real estate registration law actually discusses how to register a property and issue a title deed to it. This document carries the rights of individuals and its positives, and seeks to prevent them from occurring and, if they do occur, to resolve them. Also, the registration institution as the most basic institution that guarantees the economic, legal and judicial security of society, has been considered by human societies and this has led to each society according to its social conditions from one of the property registration systems to achieve Strive for security.
