Among the capacities of the Islamic religion in the field of jurisprudence is systematization and management based on jurisprudence; that is, it is necessary that all jurisprudential rulings, in each and every political, economic, social and cultural action, be presented with a social approach, and that jurists in the field of macro-management of the Islamic government use the social approach of rulings and show in practice that with the jurisprudence of the system, it is possible to manage the Islamic society. Among the goals of systematization and jurisprudential management is to adapt jurisprudential rulings to the concepts of time and space, in order to manage the society as best as possible, which requires a deep understanding of jurisprudential rulings as well as issues related to today's world. Some people, such as Dr. Soroush and Mr. Shabestari, argue that jurisprudence is merely individual rulings and is not capable of managing, governing the society and planning; they are against systematization of jurisprudence and management based on jurisprudence, and they consider them both to be the mission of science, while the goal of religion and jurisprudence is to establish an Islamic government and to manage the Muslim society as desired. This article aims to criticize the views of some opponents of systematization and jurisprudential management, and its research method is descriptive-analytical, and "books", "articles" and "websites" will be used to provide theoretical data. The findings of the research are that, contrary to the mixed view of the founders, a large part of jurisprudential rulings are related to the administration and management of the Islamic society, and jurisprudential management is a type of scientific management, and there is no conflict or contradiction between the two.
