Terrorist crimes as an organized crime, the dominant phenomenon of the present age, despite its universality and threatening and negative nature, still does not have a clear and uniform definition in the world community. While the tools of globalization have provided the necessary facilities for the universalization of terrorist crimes, the fight against terrorist crimes remains limited to national borders, which seems to be the main and primary cause of the inability to reach an international consensus on a single definition of terrorist crimes.
