Ancestry means that a person's birth leads to another person or persons, such as the relationship of a child with his parents. After the birth of a child, legally and jurisprudentially, he has rights and privileges, such as: having a birth certificate and identity, the right to support and custody, benefit from inheritance, etc.
In the laws of Iran and Islamic jurisprudence, the birth of a child has been classified into 3 categories, and for each of them, it has provided special rules and regulations, which include: correct birth, birth due to suspicion, and birth due to adultery. What we are going to investigate in this research is the birth of suspicion and how this category of children differs from other children in terms of rights and rights, and what criteria the legislator has provided for the criteria of birth of suspicion.
In this research, we have collected data using the library method, and after checking and analyzing the obtained data, we have prepared and organized the majority of the article.
