In recent decades, extensive research on white-collar crimes has indicated that, with the increasing presence of women in society and their growing sense of empowerment, the rate of pink-collar crimes committed by women has risen. In the contemporary era, we are witnessing a surge in pink-collar crimes, offenses predominantly committed by women. However, due to society's tendency to portray men as figures of power and control, crimes committed by women receive less attention. The virtual space, serving as a communication and advertising platform, plays a significant and fundamental role in modern societies. These online platforms provide an ideal setting for fraud, deception, crime planning, and concealing criminals' identities. With the increased use of these virtual platforms, their role in the proliferation of pink-collar crimes has become more apparent. This article examines the methods of committing pink-collar crimes in cyberspace, the motivations of the criminals, and examples of such crimes. It also explores the impact of media and virtual spaces on the rise of pink-collar crimes, considering the significant role of cyberspace in shaping social attitudes and values. The importance of their role in promoting or reducing this type of crime is emphasized. Additionally, strategies for preventing these crimes are presented, including raising public awareness, educating individuals about safe online behaviors, and implementing stricter laws.
