The purpose of conducting and presenting this research was, firstly, to increase knowledge and improve previous scientific abilities. Secondly, I considered it my duty to research, investigate and present solutions for protecting the marine environment of the Persian Gulf as an Iranian citizen who is considered a minor member of the international community. Understanding that protecting the marine environment is a respect for human rights, the position of culture and its role in human rights should be taken into account. The marine environment of the Persian Gulf is constantly exposed to risks due to its special ecological conditions and the uses that are made of this environment and its resources. The library research method is in the form of collecting descriptive information from books and library resources, as well as using articles.
