Undoubtedly, in today's world, the economy and sustainable development have outshined politics and its discussions. Both domestic and foreign investments across all sectors of society have considered as an undeniable necessity. At the same time, although the principles of international law of foreign investments contain logical and just rules, but practically the absorption of foreign capital in both developing and developed countries is not the same, and single-product and developing countries have not been very successful in this regard and are facing serious challenges. This is due to the existence and establishment of traditional, cultural, civilizational, industrial, economic, social and technological distinctions, they have not attained success to attract foreign capital and are not able to participate in Competitive economic markets of global village and cannot experience rapid development leaps. In this research, we will consider the most important problems about absorbing foreign investment in light of the principles and standards of international investment law and we will propose solutions in this regard.
