Aiming to analyze management approaches and legal laws effective in reducing administrative corruption, the research first reviews key concepts such as administrative corruption, transparency, accountability, and organizational interactions, and then, by examining approaches such as ethical leadership, transparent management, and effective oversight, identifies legal challenges and obstacles in management processes that hinder effective prevention of corruption. Research data is obtained from case studies, government reports, and empirical surveys, and the results show that close cooperation between legal and management institutions, creating a culture of transparency and accountability, and strengthening oversight tools are key factors in reducing administrative corruption.
