The right to health means providing the necessary conditions for the realization of the health of individuals in society and its aim is to protect and protect humanity from environmental hazards. Artificial intelligence in the field of medicine and health, as one of the most widely used and important technologies in today's world, is widely used. Given the increasing progress of technology and the increasing need of society for health and medical services, the use of artificial intelligence in the field of medicine and health, as an effective and accurate solution in processing and extracting results to improve the quality of health and medical services, is very important and vital. Of course, if the activities of such systems are not subject to binding global rules and regulations, they may be destructive and threatening in all areas, including the field of health rights. For this reason, governments, taking this important matter into account, have significantly introduced emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, into various areas of human life in order to be able to use such potential for accurate scientific models for human health. One of the areas where artificial intelligence has a significant impact is the field of medicine and health and medical equipment. From diagnosing diseases to predicting treatment outcomes, artificial intelligence has revolutionized this field. This innovative technology provides doctors and the health sector with facilities that have major impacts on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of diseases. For this reason, considering the importance of this issue, the current research has reviewed and evaluated the effectiveness of artificial intelligence in health under international rules from the perspective of applications and legal limits in the form of library studies and in an analytical-descriptive manner. The findings of the research indicate that artificial intelligence should serve the health of society in the form of a new and efficient assistant and tool so that the right to health of individuals can be ensured under this issue.
