Climate change in the third millennium and the threats it poses have proven that countries around the world must reconsider their patterns of fossil fuel use and, by turning to clean and renewable energies, save themselves from the terrible consequences of rising temperatures and hundreds of transboundary environmental crises and to achieve this goal, they should use the legal measures and techniques of international environmental law and take steps towards clean and renewable energies. However, this requires spending a lot of money, and some countries do not have the financial capacity and others do not have the will to replace clean and renewable energies with fossil fuels. . However, this is the only path that the nations of the world must take for their survival and to ensure their own lives and the lives of future generations by reducing the damage done to the environment.
