The issue of whether the ruling on feeding meat powder transfers to livestock and poultry products (meat, milk, eggs) is an emerging jurisprudential challenge in contemporary animal husbandry. Its urgency is heightened by the widespread use of such feed and the potential introduction of porcine-origin materials. This research, employing a descriptive-analytical method and ijtihad-based analysis, aims to clarify the roles of *istihalah* (transformation), source differentiation, and practical principles (*usul al-'amaliyyah*) in determining the consumptive ruling. Its necessity derives from the link between halal consumption, public health, and the industry's import dependency.Findings reveal that *istihalah* is not realized either in meat powder production or in animal digestion, as complete annihilation of components does not occur. The designation *jallal* (an animal consuming impurities) is inapplicable to carnivores, as it is confined to human excrement. For non-porcine origins, *tanqih al-manat* (delineating the effective cause) from prohibitions on feeding urine and wine proves ineffectual, and Abu Basir's narration—even under the principle of tolerance—merely indicates dislike (*karahah*) in feeding, which does not transfer to the final product; thus, consumption is permissible. For porcine origins, analogizing from evidences on pig's milk establishes the absolute prohibition of meat, milk, and eggs, contingent upon the realization of "strengthening of flesh and bone" (*ishtidad al-lahm wa al-'azm*). In cases of doubtful origin, the presumption of purity (*istishab al-taharah*) and the rule of the Muslim marketplace (*qa'idah suq al-muslimin*) rule in favor of permissibility. Unlike prior studies that focused on the powder itself or its transactions, this research offers three innovations: a specific examination of meat powder, a tripartite source differentiation, and a clear distinction between the ruling on feeding the animal and the ruling on consuming the end-products, providing a novel framework for deriving rulings in the halal food production chain.
