This article seeks to show the methods of interpretation and the ways and methods of interpreting the basic principles regarding the statutes of international organizations based on the principles of international law interpretation of treaties and explaining the types of interpretation based on numerous cases of the statutes of certain international organizations. . In principle, the interpretation follows certain rules, but this does not mean that the same principles that are used in the interpretation of criminal provisions are also used in the interpretation of the principles related to the statutes of international organizations. In general, the interpretation of the principles related to the statutes of international organizations should be interpreted liberally. In other words, the basic principles regarding the statutes of international organizations should be interpreted in line with the purposes that will be obtained from those statutes. Emphasizing the nature of the act of interpretation, this article specifies the methods and types of interpretation stipulated in the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties of 1969 with the type of theoretical research and descriptive analytical method.
