English

This study presents a multi-layered artificial intelligence framework for analyzing Islamic governance jurisprudential concepts, which is a novel application. The proposed framework consists of three main components: Chain of Thought for step-by-step reasoning analysis, Agent-Based Structure for evaluating jurisprudential viewpoints, and Tree of Thought for selecting logically stronger responses. The framework was evaluated on five advanced language models, including GPT-4o, Claude 3 Opus, Gemini 2.5 Pro, Grok 3, and GPT-3.5, using optimized settings. The models performance was assessed based on five key indicators: accuracy of source references, depth of reasoning, diversity of viewpoints, soundness of judgment, and interactivity. The results showed that the proposed framework significantly improved source accuracy, argumentative coherence, and contextual understanding. The GPT-4o model achieved the highest performance with a score of 83.2 out of 100. This framework is generalizable to other jurisprudential and theological concepts and can be applied in the fields of Islamic governance and soft power defense.
